Rights in Russia has invited individuals who have a special expertise in relation to human rights in Russia to become members of our Advisory Council. Members of our Advisory Council are invited to play a consultative role in relation to Rights in Russia. Needless to say, any actions or statements by Rights in Russia are exclusively the responsibility of Rights in Russia. Rights in Russia is also pleased, whenever possible, to publish the views of the members of its Advisory Council. Given the centrality of Russia to our interests and work, we have divided our Advisory Council into two sub-groups, one (the “Russia Committee”) consisting of individuals based in the Russian Federation, the other (the “International Committee”) consisting of individuals based outside the Russian Federation.
