On 10 December, we celebrated a great day: International Human Rights Day. 

On this occasion, the Moscow Helsinki Group granted its fourth annual awards for excellence in human rights, spanning across ten categories. The ceremony was masterfully led by Moscow Helsinki Group member Aleksey Kirillovich Simonov. The event was triumphant and very touching, as our laureates are truly wonderful individuals, the best from the regions.
