BUNTOV v. RUSSIA, 5 June 2012 
A violation of Article 3 Convention on account of the lack of an effective investigation into the applicant’s allegations of ill-treatment, and rejects the Government’s preliminary objection; a violation of Article 3 in that the applicant was tortured in colony FBU IK-1.
