MASKHADOVA AND OTHERS v. RUSSIA, 6 June 2013
A violation of Article 8; a violation of Article 13, taken together with Article 8, on account of the lack of an effective remedy in order to challenge the decision of 25 March 2005; that the finding of a violation constitutes sufficient just satisfaction for the non-pecuniary damage sustained by the applicants. 

SABANCHIYEVA AND OTHERS v. RUSSIA, 6 June 2013
A violation of Article 8 in respect of all fifty applicants on account of the decision of 15 May 2006; a violation of Article 13, taken together with Article 8, on account of the lack of an effective remedy in respect of the decision of 15 May 2006; that the finding of a violation constitutes sufficient just satisfaction for the non-pecuniary damage sustained by the applicants.

A violation of Article 6 § 1 and of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 on account of the non-enforcement of the judgment of 14 December 2001. 

SIDIKOVY v. RUSSIA, 20 June 2013 
If the order to extradite the first applicant to Tajikistan were to be enforced, there would be a violation of Article 3; Decides to continue to indicate to the Government under Rule 39 of the Rules of Court that it is desirable in the interests of the proper conduct of the proceedings not to extradite the first applicant until such time as the present judgment becomes final or until further order. 

TURLUYEVA v. RUSSIA, 20 June 2013 
A violation of Article 2 on account of Sayd-Salekh Ibragimov’s presumed death; a violation of Article 2 on account of the State’s failure to comply with its positive obligation to protect the life of Sayd-Salekh Ibragimov; a violation of Article 2 in respect of the failure to conduct an effective investigation into the circumstances in which Sayd-Salekh Ibragimov disappeared; a violation of Article 3 in respect of the applicant; a violation of Article 5 on account of Sayd-Salekh Ibragimov’s unlawful detention; a violation of Article 13 in conjunction with Article 2.

A violation of Article 3 on account of the conditions of the applicant’s detention from 12 April 2004 to 29 December 2009 in correctional facility no. IK-1 in Tambov; a violation of Article 13 on account of the lack of an effective and accessible remedy under domestic law enabling the applicant to complain about the general conditions of his detention.
