CASE OF TYCHKO v. RUSSIA, 11 June 2015 
A violation of Article 3 on account of the conditions of the applicant’s detention in Volgograd remand prison IZ-34/1, the conditions in which he was transported between the remand prison and the courthouse, and the conditions of his detention in the courthouse; a violation of Article 13 on account of the lack of an effective domestic remedy for the applicant to complain about the conditions of his detention in the remand prison, the conditions in which he was transported between the remand prison and the courthouse, and the conditions of his detention in the courthouse; a violation of Article 6 § 1 on account of the excessive length of the proceedings against the applicant.

CASE OF FANZIYEVA v. RUSSIA, 18 June 2015 
A violation of Article 2  in its procedural limb on account of the authorities’ failure to investigate the circumstances of Ms Eneyeva’s death; a violation of Article 2 on account of the authorities’ failure to safeguard the right to life of Ms Eneyeva; a violation of Article 3 in its substantive limb on account of Ms Eneyeva’s ill-treatment; a violation of Article 3 in its procedural limb on account of the authorities’ failure to investigate the circumstances of Ms Eneyeva’s ill‑treatment.

CASE OF YAIKOV v. RUSSIA, 18 June 2015 
A violation of Article 5 § 1 (e) on account of the applicant’s placement in the psychiatric hospital.

CASE OF ANATOLIY KUZMIN v. RUSSIA, 25 June 2015
No violation of Article 3 in respect of the applicant’s detention in the convoy cells of the District Court on seven occasions between 11 March and 31 August 2005.

CASE OF SAYDULKHANOVA v. RUSSIA, 25 June 2015
A violation of Article 2 in respect of the failure to conduct an effective investigation into the circumstances in which Mr Muslim Saydulkhanov disappeared.

CASE OF KHOROSHENKO v. RUSSIA, 30 June 2015 
A violation of Article 8.
