Right of expression
On 6/3 reports said blogger Vladimir Luzgin applied to the ECtHR over his conviction for stating Nazi Germany and the USSR invaded Poland in 1939. (Human Rights in Ukraine, 6/3)

On 6/3 kindergarten teacher Evgeniya Chudnovets jailed for reposting a three-second video online was freed after the case against her was dismissed. (The Moscow Times, 6/3)
