Journalist Saida Vagabova detained at rally in Makhachkala

Law enforcement agents have detained Saida Vagabova, a journalist of the "Chernovik" weekly, who was covering today's rally [on Saturday 11 June 2016], held by relatives of Magomed Suleimanov and Omar Musaev, who went missing in Dagestan. The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Magomed Suleimanov went missing in Makhachkala on June 3; and Omar Musaev – on June 9 in Khasavyurt. Today, their relatives went to a spontaneous rally in central Makhachkala demanding from law enforcement bodies to provide information about the missing persons. Mairbek Agaev, the editor-in-chief of the "Chernovik", has confirmed this information to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. According to his story, Vagabova was detained, despite the fact that she presented her journalist's ID to policemen. [...]
