On Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 4 p.m. in the Sakharov Museum and Public Centre public hearings will take place - "Results of the Second Trial of Khodorkovsky-Lebedev: Public Verdict".

The participants are human rights activists, public and political figures, experts, politologists, cultural figures and men of science, journalists etc.
The regulation is:
1. Speeches of the participants.
2. Common discussion.
3. Adoption of the resolution.

The organizers are:
- Human rights Council of Russia (founders are Lyudmila Alekseeva (Moscow Helsinki Group), Valery Borschev (Fund Social Partnership), Yuriy Vdovin (Civil Control), Svetlana Gannushkina (Civic Assistance Committee), Boris Zolotukhin (Moscow Helsinki Group), Sergey Kovalev (Sakharov Fund), Lev Ponomarev (All-Russia public movement For Human rights), Lilia Shibanova (Golos Assosiation), Yuriy Shmidt (Human rights council of Saint-Petersburg), Oleg Orlov (Human Rights Center Memorial));
- International Committee in defense of political prisoners;
- Fund In defense of the rights of the prisoners.
During a year and a half while the process of Khodorkovsky-Lebedev was going, at the court sessions in Khamovnicheskiy court of Moscow Russian and foreign human rights defenders, public and political figures, experts, politologists, cultural figures and men of science, journalists etc. constantly assisted.
 
During the public hearings the months of monitoring will be summed up, public will pass its own sentence, bring in its verdict.
