Moscow Helsinki Group, Human Rights Center Memorial and the All-Russia public movement For Human Rights support the concerted rally on Triumfalnaya square in Moscow on October 31, 2010, at 6 p.m.

Our organizations are going to participate in the rally. We also call on all the supporters of the defense of the 31st Article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation to come to the Triumfalnaya square on October 31.
