It would be funny, if it wasn't so sad. Does Obama learn from Putin, or Putin from Obama? Can anyone work them out? The style of their rhetoric, as lawyers term it, is so similar it's hard to tell the difference. A petition urging the inclusion of the Duma's child-haters in the Magnitsky List was on the White House website for three days. It garnered 54,000 signatures – twice the number needed to oblige the US government to review it.
